About me

A qualified dietician and nutritionist since 2017, I am particularly sensitive to the impact of our diet on our health and that of our children.

I wish to approach nutrition in an intelligent and intuitive way, adapted to the needs whatever the period of life or age. Food should above all be a pleasure and you will discover that a balanced diet is not necessarily synonymous with hunger, restriction, boredom or repeated cravings. Learn to eat intelligently, in the quantities your body needs. These are not just short-term goals, but a long-term vision for feeling better about your body.

Finally, I am convinced that a conscious diet allows you to reconnect with your body and taste sensations, in order to rebalance your metabolism and hormonal regulation. It is also a question of being critical of its consumption so that it responds precisely to its needs.

Professional background

I graduated from the BTS in dietetics in 2017, I first worked in a clinic in a surgery and diabetology department, before setting up as a freelancer in Lyon. I worked in particular with midwives and psychologists. Today I am working as a freelancer in a multidisciplinary practice in Lisbon.

In addition to my initial training, I have specialised in :

  • Baby Led Weaning (B.L.W.)
